How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Ultimateasks Walk-In Tubs wants people treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How you were treated when you called or messaged Ultimateasks Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Ultimateasks Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@ultimateasks.beer and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you want
What Comes Next
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we review it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
